INTER MISS OUT IN EUROPE AGAIN

Inter Milan have been sent out of European action yet again as they lost 3-2 to Israeli outfit Hapoel Be’er Sheva in a Europa League clash on Thursday night.

Ben Sahar came off the bench to get the winner as the hosts came from two goals down to claim all three points.

INTER CAN SUCCEED

Inter Milan had a busy summer transfer window as the Italian club managed to sign: Geoffrey Kondogbia, Miranda, Ivan Perisic and Stevan Jovetic just to name a few of them and they also offloaded a few high profile players including: Mateo Kovacic and Hernanes.

There is no doubt that Inter Milan is seriously attempting to win the Serie A title which they haven’t lifted since the 2009-10 season.

INTER START BRIGHTLY

Inter Milan started the season in bright fashion and they were even contenders for the title at one stage in the campaign. However, it has all disappeared in the last few months, as they have slipped out of contention even for the top four positions.

This has put intense pressure on manager Walter Mazzarri, who saw his team get beaten 1-0 by Genoa. After the encounter, the former Napoli manager said that his team did not deserve to lose. He is aware that this is a very difficult time for the club, but it will soon pass off.
