Arsenal Chase Higuain

There are 1 month left in this season of the Premier League and it seems like the title will only be disputed between Tottenham Hotspur and Leicester City - the current top 2 teams, and unless they start dropping points at an extremely fast rate, it’s hard to consider any other club to have a realistic chance of becoming the new champions of England.

Arsenal are currently located in 3rd place with 55 points while Tottenham Hotspur is in 2nd place with 61 and Leicester City is sitting at the top with 66 points.

Arsene Wenger and his team still have a possibility of snatching the top spot but the Frenchman is already thinking about the future as there are a number of players who are being linked of entering the watch-list of the French manager who, according to transfer rumours, is believed to be interested in adding well-known players to his squad during the summer transfer window, headed by Gonzalo Higuain of Napoli.

Real Madrid’s Toni Kroos is one of the players who have been linked with Arsenal as Wenger wants to reinforce his midfield department. Mikel Arteta, Mathieu Flamini and Tomas Rosicky are all expected to leave Arsenal and Wenger has to strengthen the center of the pitch with Toni Kroos one of his top priorities.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Paul Pogba and John Stone are the other high-profile perfomers that Arsene Wenger is rumoured to be interested in signing during the approaching summer transfer window, it will be extremely difficult for Arsenal to sign a few of these players as they play a huge role with their respective club.

Arsenal are one of those teams that is consistently being linked with top players in each transfer window but Arsene Wenger is known for not being a fairly big spender but according to reports that have been emerging things will take a turn this time around as the head officials of the club want to finally add that coveted Premier League title and are rumored to be preparing a big transfer budget so that Arsene Wenger can start winning big pieces of silverware.
